VACANT ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION

Position Title:

Director (Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness)

Job Profile:

The Director – Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness (QA&IE) will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning at Kinnaird College. The candidate will work in accordance with the Quality Assurance framework of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, implementing Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) practices to achieve QA&IE goals aligned with the Vision and Mission of the College.

The role demands a clear vision, leadership, and in-depth knowledge of higher education quality standards.

Qualification & Experience:

Option 1:

  • PhD with relevant experience at a senior management position

Option 2:

  • MPhil / Masters / MS or equivalent degree (after 18 years of education) with relevant senior management experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication and knowledge imparting skills

  • Computer proficiency

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • HEC MPhil Equivalence Certificate required for applicants with a Master’s degree

  4. Degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions, with no 3rd division in any academic record.

  5. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate.

  6. Part-time, honorary, visiting, apprenticeship, and internship experience will not be considered as work experience. Only formal sector experience will be counted.

  7. Minimum age of applicants: 25 years

  8. Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels with NOC from their employer and ensure proper relief upon joining.
