## JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Health & Population Department | Government of the Punjab

Applications are invited from qualified individuals for various positions on a Lump Sum Pay Package basis at the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Health and Population Department, Punjab, Lahore.

### Vacancy Details

Post Name: Surveillance Assistant (PPS-05)

  • Total Number of Posts: 300

  • Maximum Age Limit: Up to 45 years (calculated as of the closing date of application submission).

  • Place of Posting: Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Punjab, Lahore.

Eligibility Criteria & Experience:

  • Academic Qualification: Graduation (Minimum 14 years of education) in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.

  • Grading Requirement: Minimum Second Division from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.

  • Technical Skills: Candidates must possess practical working knowledge of IT equipment, specifically tablets and computers.

### General Terms & Conditions

  • Domicile Restriction: Only candidates holding a valid Punjab Province domicile are eligible to apply.

  • Inclusive Quotas: Statutory quotas for women, minorities, and special persons (disabled individuals) will be strictly applied.

    • Note for Special Persons: Must attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with a Disability Certificate issued by the District Standing Medical Board.

  • Transgender Applicants: Transgender individuals are explicitly encouraged to apply.

  • Government Servants: Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.

  • Testing & Selection:

    • Only short-listed candidates will be invited for the interview.

    • Candidates must bring their complete original documents alongside a set of attested photocopies to the interview.

    • No TA/DA will be paid for the test or interview phases.

### Procedure for Submission of Applications

The testing and initial screening process will be executed externally through the National Testing Service (NTS).

 

1.Online Registration:Initial Step.

Visit the official NTS website at www.nts.org.pk to fill out and submit the online application form.


2.Fee Payment:Via 1Link 1Bill.

Generate the deposit slip containing a unique 20-digit invoice number. Pay the prescribed fee through 1Link participating banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express Counters. Only 1Bill invoice payments are accepted.


3.Physical Dispatch:Courier Delivery.

Send the printed application form, paid NTS deposit slip, a copy of your CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs directly to the NTS Headquarters via courier.


4.NTS Testing:Minimum 50% to Pass.

Appear for the written/skill test on the date communicated by NTS. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks to qualify for interview consideration.

 

Application Deadline: June 18, 2026. Incomplete applications or those received after office closing hours on the due date will be rejected automatically.
