Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (PPCBL)

PPCBL, a fast-growing Agri-focused Bank with a wide network of 151 branches, is inviting applications from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals. Individuals who fulfill the basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position, based in Lahore.

Position: Head – Project Transformation (01)

Department: Management & Transformation

Qualification

  • Minimum 14 years of education from a HEC-recognized / foreign Institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience with 04 years of relevant or Banking experience, preferably having the following expertise:

    • Strong execution focus with strategic orientation

    • Program and portfolio management expertise to identify and incubate transformation opportunities

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management

    • Customer-centric mindset

    • Risk assessment and mitigation

    • Data-driven decision-making

    • Leadership and team development

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead centralized oversight of all critical projects & transformation initiatives across the Bank, ensuring structured execution & delivery discipline.

  2. Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks, methodologies, and controls.

  3. Drive end-to-end tracking of project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across the portfolio.

  4. Ensure prioritization and optimal resource allocation across competing projects / transformation initiatives.

  5. Develop concise, insight-driven dashboards and reports for senior management.

  6. Provide transparent visibility on project health, risks & mitigation plans, enabling timely executive decisions.

  7. Drive accountability and performance culture across project teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  8. Ensure benefits realization and alignment with defined business cases.

  9. Lead resolution of cross-functional dependencies and execution bottlenecks.

  10. Proactively identify, shape & develop new project ideas / transformation initiatives beyond the existing pipeline.

  11. Engage with stakeholders (internal and external partners) to ensure alignment and execution support.

  12. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks across all projects.

  13. Build and mentor high-performing project delivery / transformation teams.

  14. Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and a result-oriented execution culture across the Bank.
