VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) invites applications from eligible candidates for the following position. The appointment will be made purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 24 months, extendable based on performance and organizational needs. The details are as follows:

Position Details

  • Position Title: Stenographer
  • Pay Package: Equivalent to PPS-5 (Lump Sum Package)
  • Number of Vacancies: 1

Instructions for Applicants

  1. Application Submission:

    • Eligible candidates must submit a hard copy of their application to PO Box No. 3356, GPO, Islamabad within 15 days of this advertisement’s publication.

  2. Application Envelope:

    • Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.

  3. Shortlisting and Interviews:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview.
    • Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents, duly attested by HEC, during the interview.

  4. Remuneration:

    • A lump-sum monthly package will be offered, depending on the candidate's domain skills and relevant experience.

  5. Deadlines and Rejections:

    • Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
    • NDMA reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning reasons.

  6. Additional Requirements:

    • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
    • Selected candidates must serve a minimum period of 12 months as a departmental mandatory requirement.
