ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF VACANT POSITIONS

Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Tharparkar at Mithi for filling up the following vacant positions in the District & Sessions Court, Tharparkar at Mithi. Candidates must fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and all other required conditions for the respective position.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTS AT SERIAL NOS. 1 AND 2 (Stenographer & Junior Clerk)

  1. Online Application: All candidates must fill in the online application form through www.nts.org.pk and deposit the application fee of Rs. 800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) through online challan/slip. The fee may be deposited through 1Link 1Bill, participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express counters. Manual applications will not be accepted and the deposited fee is non-refundable.

  2. Document Upload: Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), Domicile/PRC, Form-D, one recent photograph, and all educational documents, including marks sheets from the relevant Board and percentage. Any other required certificate must also be uploaded on the portal at the time of online application.

  3. Mobile Number: Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and avoid providing numbers that have been ported to another network.

  4. Test Schedule: The date, time, and venue of the test will be communicated later through SMS alerts. All updates and notifications regarding test dates, roll number slips, announcement of results, or any other information will be uploaded on the NTS website/portal. Candidates should visit the portal website from time to time.

  5. Scrutiny Objections: In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be informed through SMS and advised to regularly check their SMS messages and account on the portal. Three days will be given to resolve the objection; failure to do so within the stipulated time will result in rejection of the application.

  6. Query Deadline: No question/objection regarding the scheduled MCQs test will be entertained two weeks before the written examination.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES FOR SERIAL NOS. 03 TO 10 (Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qaad, Farash, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Mali)

  1. Application Form: Candidates shall submit their applications on the prescribed form, which may be downloaded from the official website of District & Sessions Court Tharparkar. Attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile/PRC, and two passport-size photographs must be sent by hand or through post/courier to the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar, Judicial Complex, Mithi.

  2. Multiple Applications: If applying for more than one post, a separate application form shall be filled in and submitted for each post.

  3. Late/Incomplete Applications: Applications and documents received after the closing date or incomplete applications shall not be entertained or processed.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL POSTS

  1. False Information: Applications containing false, exaggerated, or misleading information shall be rejected, and employment may be terminated at any stage.

  2. Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government service who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria may also apply through proper channel.

  3. Age Relaxation for Experienced Candidates: For candidates having three years' experience in any Government department, the age limit shall be:

    • 21–30 years for Serial Nos. 1 and 2.

    • 20–30 years for Serial Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.

  4. Upper Age Limit Relaxation: Candidates up to 5 years over the prescribed age limit, if successful in the test/interview and selected on the basis of their individual qualifications, experience, and suitability, shall have their individual cases submitted to the Honourable Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh for approval of relaxation in the upper age limit.

  5. Original Documents: Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of interview.

  6. Selection Committee Decision: The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final.

  7. Post Count Variation: The number of posts mentioned above may be increased or decreased without any notice.

  8. No TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be admissible for the test or interview.

  9. Disability Quota: A 5% quota for persons with disabilities shall be applicable.

  10. Female Candidates: Female candidates are also encouraged to apply.

  11. Last Date for Submission: The last date for submission of applications is 11-09-2020.

  12. Cut-off Date for Age Calculation: The cut-off date for calculation of age shall be the last date for submission of applications, i.e., 11-09-2020.
