Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test based on the information provided. However, candidates who qualify the test will subsequently undergo detailed scrutiny by the concerned appointment authority as per eligibility criteria. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage on any ground, their appointment/candidature will be cancelled by the appointment authority.

  2. All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile, and before applying for any post or submitting the fee, candidates will print an E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC number from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise. Without this verification, applying for any post will not be possible.

  3. Underage, overage, and candidates from other districts (male or female) should not bother submitting applications.

  4. The upper age limit will be extended up to the last date of application as per prevailing rules. Applications submitted with forged documents / false information will be rejected.

  5. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be accepted. Applications may be rejected at any stage.

  6. On the day of the interview, original documents must be presented. Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations will apply through their concerned department and must provide an NOC from the concerned authority before appointment.

  7. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts with reasonable justification.

  8. In case of a foreign degree, an HEC Equivalence Certificate is mandatory.

  9. After appointment, salary and other allowances will be paid as per law.

  10. No TA/DA will be given for the Test/Interview.

How to Apply

  1. Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and submit an online application.

  2. After successfully submitting the online application, a specific Deposit Slip will be issued (containing Token Number, Project Code, and candidate's personal information).

  3. Print the Deposit Slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via the EasyPaisa App/Agent or any UBL Bank branch.

  4. After depositing the fee, keep the bank-stamped original Deposit Slip (candidate's copy) safely with yourself and do not share it with anyone.

  5. After submitting the online application, do not send documents to the ETEA office initially. However, candidates who qualify the Screening Test will be asked for documents when required.

  6. The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 15/09/2026.

  7. The last date for submission of online applications is 15/10/2026.

  8. Candidates will be informed by ETEA via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slip from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are advised not to provide ported, converted, or blocked mobile numbers.

  9. The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.

  10. No separate call letter for the Screening Test will be issued by post or courier.
