The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Mirpurkhas invites online and manual applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to various vacant posts (BPS-03 to BPS-16) in the District and Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas, on a regular basis.

3. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

A. For Posts at Serial No. 01 to 03 (Stenographer, Computer Operator, Junior Clerk)

 
Step Action
1 Fill the Online Job Application Form through the STS (SIBA Testing Service) portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk
2 After completion, download the system-generated challan of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred only).
3 Deposit the fee via any ABL Bank Limited Branch, MyABL App, or through the 1Link 1Bill reference number via internet banking of any 1Bill-linked bank.
4 Do not send or submit any manual/hard copy of the form, documents, or challan to STS or District Court, Mirpurkhas. Such applications will not be accepted.
5 The initial MCQs-based written test will be conducted by STS at Mirpurkhas.
6 Upload required documents on the portal: CNIC (front & back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, recent photograph, all academic documents, Character Certificate from last academic institution, and Character Certificates from two respectable persons (not relatives).
7 Use only your original mobile number (not converted to another network) for SMS alerts.

B. For Posts at Serial No. 04 to 08 (Bardiff, Daftari, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar)

 
Step Action
1 Download the Job Application Form from the official website: https://www.districtcourtsmirpurkhas.gos.pk
2 Alternatively, obtain the form from the Office of the Superintendent, District & Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas during office hours (Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM; Friday: 08:00 AM to 12:30 PM).
3 Fill the form and submit it along with attested copies of all required documents (CNIC, Domicile, PRC, academic certificates, experience certificates, character certificates from two respectable persons, and two recent photographs).
4 Submit the application on or before the closing date during office hours.
5 The list of eligible candidates, test/interview schedules, and results will be displayed on the website and notice board. Updates may also be sent via WhatsApp/SMS alerts.

4. TEST & SELECTION PROCESS

 
Stage Details
Initial Written Test MCQs-based test conducted by STS (for Serial 01-03) or by DPSC (for Serial 04-08).
Qualifying Marks Candidates must obtain 40% marks in the initial test to be called for the next stage.
Skill/Typing/Shorthand Test Conducted for Stenographer, Computer Operator, and Junior Clerk posts. Only successful candidates proceed to interview.
Interview Conducted by the Departmental Promotion & Selection Committee (DPSC) of District and Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas.
Final Selection Based on test performance, skill test, interview, and document verification.
Result Display Results and lists of successful candidates will be uploaded on the STS website/portal, the District Court website, and affixed on the notice board.

5. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS & TERMS

 
Instruction Details
Age Calculation Age shall be reckoned as on the last date of application submission (i.e., 17-09-2026).
Age Relaxation Upper age limit relaxation of 3 years is applicable for candidates who qualify in test/interview and are selected, subject to approval from the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Karachi, as per Sindh Judicial Staff Services Rules, 1992.
Disability Quota Candidates with disabilities must have a valid CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
Special Quotas Special/quota rules shall be observed per government rules/policy, where applicable.
Multiple Applications Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each.
Incomplete Applications Applications with incomplete information or lacking required documents will be rejected without assigning any reason.
False Information Providing incorrect, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in rejection of the application and may lead to termination of employment at any stage.
Original Documents Candidates must bring their original CNIC at the time of the initial test. Without original CNIC, candidates will not be allowed to attend the test.
Originals at Interview At the time of the interview, candidates must bring all original documents (CNIC, Domicile, PRC, academic certificates, experience certificates, etc.) for verification.
Physical Fitness Selected candidates must submit a certificate of physical fitness from a medical officer appointed by the Court.
No TA/DA No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
Objections Any objection regarding eligibility or documents must be raised within 10 days of the display of the list of eligible candidates. Failure to comply will result in rejection.
External Influence Any external influence for selection will lead to cancellation of the candidature.
Reservation of Rights The District & Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or withdraw the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
Final Decision The decision of the Departmental Promotion & Selection Committee (DPSC) of this Court shall be final.
