Applications are required from suitable candidates — permanent residents of District Mansehra, both male and female, as well as transgender persons (whether transgender) — for the following vacant posts in the District Judiciary Civil Court Mansehra.

Terms and Conditions:

(1) For all posts, a screening test shall be conducted through ETEA, for which online applications can be submitted on the ETEA website.

(2) Candidates shall be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test on a provisional basis, based on the information provided by them. However, detailed scrutiny shall be conducted by the relevant appointing authority. If, at any stage, a candidate is found ineligible in any respect, their appointment shall be declared void by the appointing authority.

(3) Candidates who qualify in the ETEA test shall subsequently undergo further scrutiny in accordance with the eligibility criteria.

(4) Candidates are required to be fully eligible by the last date mentioned in this advertisement.

(5) Applications received after the prescribed date shall not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with forged documents or false information shall be rejected at any stage.

(6) Candidates shall be informed about the test and interview through ISMS. All candidates must not change their active mobile number or SIM until the recruitment process is completed; otherwise, all responsibility shall lie with the candidate.

(7) The age limit for the aforementioned posts shall be determined as of 01/01/2026, the year in which the examination roll number slips are issued. However, relaxation in the upper age limit shall be granted in accordance with the applicable laws.

(8) On the day of the interview, presenting original documents is mandatory. Candidates serving in government departments shall apply through the concerned department and provide an NOC from the relevant authority before appointment.

(9) No travel allowance/daily allowance (TA/DA) of any kind shall be given for the test or interview.

(10) In the case of a foreign degree, it is mandatory to provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.

(11) After appointment, house rent and other allowances shall be given in accordance with the law.

(12) All recruitments shall be made under the rules and regulations issued by the Honorable Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government, and shall initially be on a temporary basis.

(13) The competent authority reserves the right, in accordance with policy, to modify, amend, or cancel this advertisement, or to increase or decrease the number of posts.

Procedure for Submitting Applications:

(1) Candidates possessing the required qualifications should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and submit an online application.

(2) All candidates must create their profile on the ETEA website. Without creating the profile and depositing the application fee (non-refundable), it will not be possible for a candidate to apply for any post.

(3) After successfully submitting the online application, a specific deposit slip (containing the token number, tracking number, and personal information of the candidate) shall be issued. Candidates will print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their identity card verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without this verification, applying for any post will not be possible.

(4) After printing this deposit slip, the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) shall be deposited at any One Link branch.

(5) After depositing the fee, the bank's original receipt and deposit slip (candidate's copy) should be kept safely by the candidate.

(6) After submitting the online application, candidates should initially send their documents to ETEA. However, candidates who qualify in the screening test shall be asked to provide documents when required.

(7) The online application form shall be available on www.etea.edu.pk on 01/10/2026.

(8) The last date for submitting the online application is 30/10/2026.

(9) Candidates shall be informed by ETEA through SMS to download and print their roll number slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are advised not to provide an incorrect mobile number.

(10) The date, time, and venue of the test shall be mentioned on the roll number slip.

(11) No individual call letters shall be issued for the screening test by mail or courier.
