Vacancy Announcement

Applications are invited to fill the following vacant posts in the District & Sessions Court, Hyderabad. The candidates (Male/Female) who meet the requirements mentioned for each post may apply.

1. Stenographer (BPS-16)

• Number of Posts: 02

• Qualification/Experience:

  • Intermediate from a recognized institute

  • Proficiency in MS Office (with certificate)

  • Shorthand speed: 80 W.P.M (with certificate from a reputed institution)

  • Typing speed: 40 W.P.M (with certificate from a reputed institution)

• Age Limit: 21-25 years

• Domicile: Hyderabad

2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Number of Posts: 10

• Qualification/Experience:

  • Intermediate from a recognized institute

  • Proficiency in MS Office (with certificate)

Application Submission Procedure:

1. Posts Sr. No. 1, 2, and 3 (Stenographer, Junior Clerk, and Bailiff):

   • Candidates must fill out the Online Job Application Form.

   • Challan Fees:

     • Rs. 800/- for Stenographer and Junior Clerk

     • Rs. 500/- for Bailiff

   • Payment can be made via 1Link, 1bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counter.

   • Submit the Online Application Form and do not send a hard copy to NTS. Keep a copy of the application form and challan for further communication.

2. For Posts Sr. No. 4 to 9 (Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, etc.):

   • Submit the Prescribed Application Form along with the following:

     • Attested photocopy of CNIC

     • NOC (for government servants)

     • Two recent passport-sized photographs

   • Applications should be sent to the District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad by post or hand on or before 25th October 2025 till 03:00 PM.

   • Candidates who have applied earlier should apply again.

3. Multiple Applications:

   • Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post.

4. Equal Opportunity for Female Candidates:

   • Female candidates are encouraged to apply and will be given equal opportunities.

5. Special Quotas:

   • Special quotas, such as those for women, disabled persons, minorities, etc., will be observed as per rules.

6. Candidates with Disabilities:

   • Submit CNIC with wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and a valid Disability Certificate. A 5% disability quota will be observed.

7. Government Servants:

   • Government servants must apply through the proper channel.

Additional Notes:

• Age Relaxation:

  • Government servants who have served for at least 3 years with the federation or the Sindh province may receive an upper age limit relaxation of 30 years.

• Written & Skill Tests:

  • For Stenographer and Junior Clerk posts, candidates who score 50% marks in the initial test will be called for a typing and shorthand test.

  • For Bailiff, candidates who score 40% marks in the initial test will be called for an interview.

• Test/Interview Dates:

  • Dates for written tests and results will be announced by NTS. Successful candidates will be called for the skill/test interview.

• Final Decision:

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test/interview. The Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) will make the final selection decision.

• Miscellaneous:

  • Applications received after the due date or those that are incomplete will not be considered.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.

• Right to Cancel:

  • The District & Sessions Court reserves the right to cancel or withdraw these vacancies at any time.
