Internship Opportunity: Digitization of Judicial Record

Location: Record Room, Sessions Division, Swat

1. Position Details

Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are permanent residents of District Swat for an internship with security protocols in the Judicial Record Digitization Project.

Educational Qualification BS Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science
Age Limit 20 to 30 years
Monthly Stipend Rs. 30,000/-
Duration of Internship Three (03) months, extendable up to six (06) months on the basis of performance

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in scanning, digitization, data entry, record management, and computer applications.

2. Job Description

The selected internees will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Scanning: Scanning of case files, registers, and documents.

  • Indexing: Assigning case numbers, party names, and categories.

  • Data Entry: Uploading case metadata, digital cataloging, and entry/uploading to CFMIS.

  • Digital Archiving: Organizing scanned files in structured formats and observing file naming standards.

3. Application Process

Submission of Documents:
Candidates must also submit the following documents during office hours at the office of the District & Sessions Judge / Zilla Qazi, Swat:

  1. Applications on the prescribed form.

  2. Recent passport-size photograph.

  3. Attested copies of educational documents.

  4. Attested copy of CNIC.

  5. Attested copy of Domicile.

  6. Experience certificates (if any).

  7. Character certificate.

4. Terms & Conditions

  1. Temporary Nature: The internship is purely temporary and project-based. No right to regular/permanent appointment, pension, medical allowance, or any other service benefit shall accrue.

  2. Security Protocols: The Internees shall be bound by the security protocols, restrictions, and other conditions in accordance with the SOPs approved by the Hon'ble Peshawar High Court.

  3. Scrutiny & Interview: Applications shall be scrutinized on merit, and short-listed candidates shall be called for an interview before a committee nominated by the District & Sessions Judge. Candidates must possess good moral character and integrity.

  4. No TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates appearing for the interview. No individual call letter shall be issued.

  5. Violation of SOPs: Violation of the SOPs and security protocols during the internship shall be punishable under PPC as per SOPs.

  6. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.

  7. Surety Bond: Selected candidates shall submit a surety bond of Rs. 3,00,000/- on a stamp paper worth Rs. 150/- and a Confidentiality Agreement.

  8. Certification: Every selected internee will be awarded a "Certificate of Completion." The internee showing the best overall performance during the internship will be awarded a "Best Performance Certificate."
