Part 1: Application Procedure (Two Distinct Methods)

The application process is divided into two categories based on the post's serial number.

A. For Posts at Serial No. 01 to 06 (Online Application Only)

1. Submission: Apply online via the Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS) portal: http://www.apply.sts.net.pk. Manual applications will not be accepted.

2. Required Uploads:

   • CNIC (Front & Back)

   • Domicile

   • PRC/Form-D

   • Recent Photograph

   • All academic documents (including percentage/marks sheets from the respective Board)

   • Any other required certification

3. Application Fee: Rs. 2000/- per post (non-refundable).

   • A system-generated challan can be downloaded after completing the online application.

   • Payment Methods:

     • Any Allied Bank Limited branch.

     • MyABL app.

     • 1Bill reference number via internet banking of any 1Bill-linked bank.

   • Note: A separate challan is required for each post applied for.

4. Communication:

   • Use only your original mobile number (not a converted network number).

   • Test date, time, and venue will be intimated via SMS alert.

   • All updates (admit slips, results, etc.) will be posted on the STS website/portal. Candidates must check it regularly.

5. Scrutiny Objections: Notifications will be sent via SMS and the portal's message account. A 3-day period is given to resolve objections. Failure to comply will result in rejection.

6. No Queries: No queries will be entertained within two weeks before the scheduled MCQ-based written test.

7. Selection Process: Candidates securing 50% or above marks in the STS Test will be called for a skilled test and interview.

8. Interview Information: Visit the official website www.districtcourtsghotki.gos.pk for interview date, time, and place.

B. For Posts at Serial No. 07 to 17 (Manual Application)

1. Submission: Send applications on the prescribed form (downloadable from www.districtcourtsghotki.gos.pk) to the address below via hand, post, or courier.

   • Address: District & Sessions Judge, Ghotki, Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Ghotki.

2. Required Documents (Attested Copies):

   • Educational documents

   • CNIC

   • Domicile

   • PRC/Form-D

   • Two (2) Passport-size photographs

   • Any other document required therein

3. Communication: Visit the official website www.districtcourtsghotki.gos.pk for test and interview updates.

Part 2: Post Details (Serial No. 01 to 17)

Part 3: General Instructions for All Posts

1. Separate Application: A separate application form must be filled out and submitted for each post if applying for more than one position.

2. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications and documents will not be entertained or processed after the closing date.

3. False Information: Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in rejection of the application and may lead to termination of employment at any stage.

4. Government Employees: Candidates already serving in any Govt. Department (Provincial/Federal) who meet the eligibility criteria may apply through the proper channel.

5. Age Relaxation for Govt. Employees:

   • For candidates serving for the last three years or more as a permanent employee in any Govt. Department:

     • For posts at Serial No. 01 to 06: Age limit is 21-30 years.

     • For posts at Serial No. 07 to 17: Age limit is 20-30 years.

6. Overage Candidates: Candidates with an upper age of up to 05 years over the limit, if selected based on experience, qualification, and skills, will have their cases submitted to the Chief Justice of the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Karachi for relaxation of the upper age limit and approval.

7. Original Documents: Candidates must bring their original qualification documents at the time of the interview.

8. Final Decision: The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee shall be final.

9. Number of Posts: The number of above posts may be increased or decreased without any notice.

10. Disabled Quota: Applicable. Candidates applying for this quota must mention it on their application and submit a disability certificate.

11. Minorities Quota: Shall be observed in accordance with law.

12. Equal Opportunity: Female candidates shall be provided equal opportunity to participate in the appointment process.

13. Cut-off Date for Age: The last date for submission of the application, i.e., 25-11-2026, shall be the cut-off date for age calculation.

14. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
