Notice for Registration of Staff Nurses on Locum Basis at Teaching/Tertiary Care Hospitals in Punjab

The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department (SHC&MED) of the Government of the Punjab invites applications from qualified and committed staff nurses for registration on a locum basis. This registration is intended for potential deployment in teaching and tertiary care hospitals across Punjab.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for registration, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4-Year Program) or a Post RN qualification from a recognized nursing institution in Pakistan.

• Hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC).

• Have a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience.

• Only nurses currently employed in non-government (private) institutions are eligible to apply.

Please note:

• Registration does not guarantee employment. It is merely an inclusion in the pool of nurses considered for locum placement.
