Vacancy Announcement

Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar invites applications from qualified candidates for various medical positions on a contract basis.

1. Available Position

Post: Specialist Registrar

Departments / Disciplines

The position is available in the following departments:

  1. Paediatric Neurology

  2. Paediatric Cardiac Surgery

  3. Adult Cardiac Surgery

  4. ICU (Adult)

  5. ICU (Paediatric)

  6. Paediatric Gastroenterology

  7. Adult Psychiatry

  8. Paediatrics

  9. General Surgery

  10. General Medicine

  11. Thoracic Surgery

2. Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must possess MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.

  • Must have FCPS qualification in the relevant specialty.

  • Must hold valid PMDC registration.

Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

4. Important Instructions

  • The service of selected candidates will be governed by the Medical Teaching Institution Reform Act 2015 and its amendments.

  • Incomplete applications or hand-submitted forms will not be accepted.

  • All candidates must meet eligibility criteria before the closing date of the advertisement.

  • Providing false information or fake documents will lead to disqualification.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
