VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Lady Reading Hospital – Medical Teaching Institution (LRH-MTI), Peshawar, invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for appointment on a contract basis in the following medical disciplines:

Position Details

Post Title: Specialist Registrar

Departments / Disciplines:

  1. Paediatric Surgery

  2. Plastic Surgery

  3. Urology

  4. Paediatric Cardiology

  5. Dermatology

  6. Endocrinology

  7. Rheumatology

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • The candidate must possess MBBS or an equivalent qualification duly recognized by PMDC.

  • The candidate must have FCPS or an equivalent qualification, completed within the last one year up to the closing date of this advertisement.

  • The candidate must hold a valid PMDC registration.

General Instructions & Terms

  3. The job application must be supported by attested copies of all required credentials, including educational and experience certificates.

  4. Incomplete applications or applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.

  5. Candidates must be fully eligible in all respects (qualification, experience, and certification) before the closing date of the advertisement.
    Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

  6. A candidate may be disqualified at any stage if he/she:

    • Knowingly provides false information

    • Conceals information that may lead to disqualification

    • Submits forged or fake documents, including educational or experience certificates

  7. The services of the selected candidate shall be governed under the Medical Teaching Institution Reform Act, 2015, along with its amendments, rules, and regulations of the institution.

  8. Candidates currently serving as civil servants or in any government organization must resign from their previous position upon selection at LRH-MTI.

  9. Quota for persons with disabilities and minorities will be observed strictly as per applicable rules.

  10. Any attempt to influence or approach the selection committee will result in immediate disqualification.
    The decision of the selection committee shall be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors.

  11. After the final decision, no correspondence regarding the recruitment process will be entertained.

  12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or interview.
