Vacancy Announcement

Position: Hospital Director

Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution (LRH-MTI), Peshawar, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Hospital Director.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in:

    • Hospital Management

    • Health Services Management

    • Business Management

    • Public Health

    • Public Administration

    • Or any other equivalent management qualification from a recognized institution

  • A Medical Degree, in addition to a Master’s degree in management, will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in senior or management-level positions is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Hospital Director will be responsible for overseeing all non-clinical functions of the hospital, including but not limited to:

  • Financial management and budgeting

  • Human Resource management

  • Procurement and supply chain operations

  • Ancillary and support services

  • Building maintenance and infrastructure management

The Hospital Director will report directly to the Board of Governors (BOG).
