VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates for appointment against the following positions at Lady Reading Hospital – Medical Teaching Institution (LRH-MTI), Peshawar.

Available Positions & Required Qualifications

1. Medical Sonologist

Qualification & Experience:

• PMC/PMDC recognized qualification

• Relevant post-qualification experience

• Higher qualifications will be given additional advantage

• Valid registration with the relevant council is mandatory

2. Medical Resident Officer

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by PMC/PMDC

• Relevant clinical experience in a recognized medical organization

3. Executive Clerk

Qualification & Experience:

• HSSC (Intermediate) from a recognized Board

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization

4. Optometrist

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry

• Knowledge of eye hygiene and optical procedures

• Relevant experience will be preferred

5. Supervisor (Electrical)

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical Technology

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization

6. Technician

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in relevant technical field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

7. Technician (Dialysis)

Qualification & Experience:

• Relevant diploma or certification

• Experience in dialysis procedures will be preferred

8. Kitchen Assistant (In-House Training Program)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in a three-star hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, or public/private institution preferred

• Physically fit for kitchen duties

• Educational qualification from a recognized institution

General Instructions & Terms

2. Applications must be sent through registered courier service to the address mentioned below on or before 15 January 2026.

3. Candidates who already applied for Medical Sonologist (Serial No. 02) advertised on 13 September 2025 with closing date 29 September 2025 do not need to apply again, as their applications will be considered.

4. For positions Serial No. 01 to 09, candidates must submit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- deposited online in:

   • Original deposit slip must be attached with the application.

5. For candidates applying for Serial No. 10 (Kitchen Assistant – Training):

   • A monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000/- will be paid during the training period.

   • A one-year in-house training certificate will be awarded upon successful completion.

6. Trainees must strictly follow the code of conduct, attendance policy, dress code, and other instructions issued by the hospital administration.

7. Applications must be supported with complete and attested documents.

   • Incomplete applications or hand-submitted applications will not be entertained.

8. Candidates must be fully eligible (qualification, experience, certificates) before the closing date.

   • Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

9. Any candidate providing false, fake, or forged information or documents will be disqualified at any stage.

10. Appointments will be governed under the Medical Teaching Institution Reform Act 2015, its amendments, and the rules and regulations of LRH-MTI.
