About the Organization

Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) is inviting applications from dynamic, young leaders to join its team. SRB aims to strengthen its workforce and contribute to the province’s revenue collection by bringing in talented individuals for various positions.

Positions Available:

1. Sindh Sales Tax Officer (SRB Scale 16)

Number of Positions: 14
Location: Sindh

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or Law from an HEC recognized university.

  • Minimum 60% marks (or CGPA of 2.5).

  • Degrees in other subjects will not be considered.

• Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and Urdu/Sindhi.

• Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 21 Years

  • Maximum: 30 Years (as of October 20, 2025)

• Domicile:

  • Sindh Province (must have Certificate of Permanent Residence in Form D issued by Sindh).

Additional Notes:

• Retention of service will depend on performance and successful completion of prescribed training, including a final examination and probation period.

• Terms and conditions are governed by SRB regulations.

2. Public Liaison Officer (SRB Scale 14)

Number of Positions: 14
Location: Sindh

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/institution.

• Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and Urdu/Sindhi.

• Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 21 Years

  • Maximum: 30 Years (as of October 20, 2025)

• Domicile:

  • Sindh Province (must have Certificate of Permanent Residence in Form D issued by Sindh).

Additional Notes:

• Same conditions apply regarding retention and probation period as the Sindh Sales Tax Officer position.

General Instructions:

1. Prerequisites:

   • Candidates with foreign academic qualifications must submit an HEC Qualification Equivalence Certificate.

   • Providing false or forged information will result in disqualification and recovery of incurred costs.

   • SRB reserves the right to abandon the hiring process at any stage and to adjust the number of vacancies.

How to Apply:

• Online Application Only:
  Applications must be submitted online at IBA Portal.

• Deadline:
  The last date for submission of applications is October 20, 2025, by 05:00 PM.

• Test Fee:
  Eligible candidates must deposit a non-refundable/test fee of Rs. 1500/- through the fee voucher at any Meezan Bank branch, as instructed on the IBA portal.

• Test Locations:
  The written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi in Karachi and Sukkur.

• Shortlisted Candidates:
  Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test, group discussion, and interview.

Terms and Conditions:

• TA/DA:
  No TA/DA or other allowances will be provided for the test, group discussion, interview, or joining the training. Any related travel expenses will be borne by the candidate.

• Document Verification:
  All original documents (and photocopies) must be presented at the time of the group discussion and interview.

• Bond Agreement:
  Successful candidates will sign a bond with SRB after joining the service.
