Requirement for General Staff (Sanitary Staff)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are residents of District Toba Tek Singh to perform cleaning/sanitation work at District Headquarters Hospital, Toba Tek Singh. The recruitment will be for a period of 89 days.

1 Sanitary Worker / Cleaner 93 Candidate must be medically and physically fit. Candidates having experience of cleaning/sanitation work in a hospital will be preferred.

Age Limit: 50 years or less

Terms & Conditions

  1. The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of the relevant district and must fulfill the prescribed criteria.

  2. Attested copies of National Identity Card, domicile, educational certificates, experience certificate, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

  3. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.

  4. Recruitment will be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy/instructions of the Government of Punjab.

  5. Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be acceptable.

  6. Candidates must present the original National Identity Card, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of interview.

  7. The authorized Selection Committee will have the authority to accept or reject any application in accordance with the rules and to take an appropriate decision regarding the recruitment process.

  8. Selected candidates will be posted in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will have to perform the duties assigned to them.

  9. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for interview/selection.

  10. The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

  11. If the information or documents provided are found to be false/forged at any stage, the candidate's application/appointment may be cancelled.

  12. Wages/remuneration will be paid at the Government's prescribed rate and through the approved method of payment, only by crossed cheque or bank account.

  13. The selected staff will be bound to perform the hospital's cleaning duties and other relevant duties assigned by the administration as required.

  14. Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark daily attendance on a daily basis.

  15. Salary payment will be linked solely and only to the biometric system; without it, the candidate will be considered absent, and in case of absence for two consecutive days, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.

  16. In case of any kind of complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
