Requirement for General Staff

Applications are invited from eligible candidates resident of District Layyah for the work of cleanliness/sanitation at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Kot Sultan. The recruitment will be for a period of 89 days.

Number of Posts / Educational Qualification / Experience / Age Limit

Terms and Conditions

1. The applicant must be a resident of District Layyah, holder of domicile, and eligible according to the prescribed criteria.

2. Attested copies of National Identity Card, domicile, educational certificates, experience certificates, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

3. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. The appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.

4. Recruitment will be made according to the prevailing policy/instructions of the Government of Punjab.

5. Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

6. The candidate must present the original National Identity Card, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of interview.

7. The authorized Selection Committee will have the power to accept or reject any application according to the rules and to take appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.

8. The placement of selected candidates will be made in the relevant hospital institution according to need, and they will have to perform the assigned duties.

9. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the interview/selection.

10. The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

11. If the information or documents provided at any stage are proved false or forged, the candidate's application/appointment may be cancelled.

12. Wages/remuneration will be paid at the prescribed government rate and approved method of payment only through cross cheque or bank account.

13. The selected staff will be bound to perform hospital cleanliness and other relevant duties assigned by the administration as needed.

14. The selected staff must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark attendance on a daily basis.

15. Salary payment will be linked only and only with biometric attendance. Without it, the candidate will be considered absent, and in case of continuous two-day absence, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.

16. In case of any kind of complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
