Requirement for General Staff

Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are residents of District Chakwal to perform cleaning/sanitation work at District Headquarters Hospital Chakwal. Recruitment shall be for a period of 89 days.

Educational Qualification / Experience / Age Limit

• Candidate must be medically and physically fit.

• Candidates having experience in hospital cleaning/sanitation will be preferred.

Terms and Conditions

1. Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are residents of the concerned district to perform cleaning/sanitation work at Government City Hospital Talagang.

Recruitment shall be for a period of 89 days.

Age Limit: 50 years or less.

Educational Qualification / Experience / Age Limit:

• Candidate must be medically and physically fit.

• Candidates having experience in hospital cleaning/sanitation will be preferred.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Age limit: 50 years or less.

2. The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of the concerned district and must fulfill the prescribed criteria.

3. Attested copies of National Identity Card, Domicile, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificate, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

4. Appointment shall be made through the Health Council for 89 days on a purely temporary basis, and this shall not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment shall not be against any sanctioned post.

5. Recruitment shall be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy instructions of the Government of Punjab.

6. Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications shall not be acceptable.

7. The candidate must present the original National Identity Card, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificate at the time of interview.

8. The authorized Selection Committee shall have the authority to accept or reject any application in accordance with the rules and to take an appropriate decision regarding the recruitment process.

9. Selected candidates shall be deployed at the concerned hospital/institution as per requirement and shall perform the duties assigned to them.

10. No TA/DA shall be given to candidates appearing for interview/selection.

11. The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

12. If the information or documents provided at any stage are proved wrong/fake, the application/appointment of the candidate may be cancelled.

13. Wages/remuneration shall be paid only through cross cheque or bank account at the rate prescribed by the Government and through the approved method of payment.

14. The selected staff shall be bound to perform cleaning of the hospital and related duties assigned by the administration as per requirement.

15. Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark attendance on a daily basis.

16. Salary payment shall be linked only and only with the biometric system; without it, the candidate shall be considered absent, and in case of continuous absence for two days, the selected candidate shall be dismissed from service.

17. In case of any kind of complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee shall be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
