Islamabad Club invites applications from energetic, motivated, and experienced professionals to join its prestigious institution. We are seeking dedicated individuals for the following positions:

1. Riding & Polo Manager

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing Riding & Polo facilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of paddocks, riding rings, polo ponies, and general horse riding activities

  • Supervision of scenic riding trails and Riding & Polo buildings

  • Oversight of associated restaurants and related facilities

  • Planning and execution of polo matches and equestrian events independently

  • Ensuring compliance with equestrian safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a hospitality industry club

  • Strong managerial, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to develop and implement business plans effectively

2. Security Guard

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a reputable organization

  • Preference will be given to ex-servicemen

Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of security surveillance systems

  • Weapons handling training and civil defense certification

  • Good guest handling and interpersonal skills

  • Maximum age limit: 40 years

3. Pakistani Chef

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong culinary expertise in Pakistani cuisine

  • Good supervisory and team management skills

  • Minimum qualification: FA

4. Electrician / Plumber / Polisher

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization

Qualifications:

  • Electrician: Three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE)

  • Plumber/Polisher: One-year technical diploma in the relevant trade

5. Carpenter

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in furniture repair, woodwork, and general maintenance

Qualification:

  • Minimum education: Matric

6. Kitchen Cleaner

Experience Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable organization

Skills:

  • Good communication skills

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service

7. House Maid / House Man / Cleaner

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or club environment

Skills:

  • Good communication skills
