Islamabad Club invites energetic and motivated professionals to apply for the following vacant position:

Assistant Manager F&B

The ideal candidate should possess 5–8 years of progressive experience of similar role preferably at a reputable hotel, club or hospitality establishment. The candidate must have sound knowledge of F&B operations, practices, customer service excellence and food & beverage operations. The Assistant Manager F&B will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial and administrative functions of the Food & Beverage Department. This includes ensuring excellent service standards, efficient departmental operations, effective cost management and compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team. Must hold Bachelor’s degree, certification in Hospitality / Food & Beverage Management or any relevant discipline. Candidate with foreign work experience will be preferred.
