2. Eligibility Criteria

 
Criteria Requirement
Educational/Professional Qualification Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B. Tech (Civil) or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.
Preference: Candidates with a Master's degree and/or relevant certification.
Experience Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field.
Preference: Candidates with work experience in a Bank and/or financial institution.
Good working knowledge in project estimation, project billing, and project execution.
Ability to multitask with cross-functional teams.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work and manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office.

3. Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities

 
Area Responsibilities
Project Assessment & Reporting Perform site visits for overall assessment of projects/assignments and report accordingly.
Cost Estimation Prepare cost estimates for each project/task in light of Bank's policy.
Layout Review & Coordination Review and analyze layout plans and discuss any changes with supervisors and cross-functional teams.
Bidding & Documentation Prepare bidding documents as per the Bank's defined policy/procedure.
Bill Verification Review and verify project bills/invoices.
Coordination Coordinate with project consultants, branches, and regional offices regarding projects.
HBF Valuation Issue valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF).
Construction Supervision Supervise building constructions and renovations of the Bank.
Site Supervision Provide supervision of work at site where required.
General Tasks Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Term Condition
