JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals (Male/Female) having Punjab Domicile for appointment against the following positions at Rawalpindi Medical University, Rawalpindi, on a contract basis.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Contract Duration: 03 Years

  • Age Limit: 30 to 50 Years (unless otherwise specified)

  • Appointment: Subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates

DETAILS OF POSITIONS & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Registrar / Controller of Examinations (BPS-20 / Equivalent)

Qualification:

  • PhD / FCPS / MS / MDS / MD in any discipline after MBBS or BDS

  • OR MPH / MBA after MBBS or BDS

  • Degree must be from an institute/university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in a medical college, hospital, institute, or university recognized by HEC

  • OR 10 years’ experience as Registrar (BPS-20) or Additional Registrar in a recognized university

  • OR 18 years post-qualification experience in relevant field

2. Controller of Examinations

Qualification:

  • PhD / FCPS / MS / MD / MDS or equivalent qualification

  • Degree from HEC recognized institution

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ teaching / administrative / examination branch experience in an institute, board, or university recognized by HEC

3. Additional Registrar / Deputy Registrar

Qualification:

  • MA / MBA / MPA / M.Com / ACCA or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized university

Experience:

  • Minimum 12–15 years relevant experience, including experience in BPS-18 or above in a public sector organization / university recognized by HEC

4. Assistant Registrar / Assistant Controller

Qualification:

  • MBA / MPA / M.Com / ACCA (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent qualification

  • Degree from HEC recognized university

Experience:

  • Minimum 05–07 years relevant administrative experience

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Final appointment is subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates.

  2. Application processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) must be submitted in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of Vice Chancellor, Rawalpindi Medical University.

  3. Application forms are available on the university website: www.rmur.edu.pk.

  4. Applications must be accompanied by:

    • Attested copies of degrees and transcripts

    • Experience certificates

    • CNIC

    • Domicile

    • Two recent passport-size colored photographs

    • Original Bank Draft / Pay Order

  5. Applicants applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.

  6. Government / Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel and provide NOC and Experience Certificate; otherwise, the application will be considered incomplete.

  7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.

  9. Age relaxation will be admissible as per Government / University rules.

  10. The University reserves the right to cancel any post or recruitment process without assigning any reason.

  11. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
