Commercial & SME Banking Group

The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for various positions within its Commercial Centers.

### 01. Regional Manager - CSME (SVP/VP)

  • Reporting to: Regional Corporate Head

  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial/SME banking, with at least 03 years in a senior management role.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive business growth and oversee efficient loan processing in the region.

    • Proactively manage risk and portfolio quality.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve regional financial targets.

  • Place of Posting: Major Cities (as per Bank requirement)

### 02. Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Center (VP/AVP)

  • Reporting to: Regional Manager / Center Head

  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in banking, specifically in Commercial/SME lending.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of commercial clients.

    • Analyze financial statements and business models to prepare comprehensive credit proposals.

    • Cross-sell bank products including trade finance and cash management.

### 03. Relationship Manager - Commercial Center (OG-I/AVP)

  • Reporting to: Senior Relationship Manager / Center Head

  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in Commercial/SME banking and credit.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement business strategies to acquire new commercial customers.

    • Regularly review transaction activities and conduct timely credit renewals.

    • Monitor asset quality and ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Place of Posting: Various Locations

### 04. Relationship Officer - Commercial Center (OG-II/OG-I)

  • Reporting to: Relationship Manager

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum 02 to 03 years of experience in banking, with a focus on credit operations or relationship management.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development of business strategies and client acquisition.

    • Prepare basic credit reports and assist in the documentation process.

    • Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets (revenue, portfolio growth).
