Risk Management Group | Based in Karachi

The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking talented and experienced professionals to join its Risk Management Group. These roles are designed to support the bank's objective of transforming into a future-fit, agile, and sustainable institution.


### 01. Officer - Internet Security Reviewer (OG-II / OG-I)

  • Reporting to: Wing Head - IS Risk Management, Information Security Division

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Degrees in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (and relevant certifications) are preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 02 years in IT or Information Security, preferably in Internet Security.

  • Main Duties:

    • Documentation and planning for disaster recovery.

    • Managing the PCI-DSS Program.

    • Establishing and enforcing internal security measures and controls.

    • Overseeing deployment of application security testing tools.

    • Identifying root causes of security incidents and assisting in resolution.

    • Ensuring compliance with external standards, laws, and internal risks.


### 02. Trainings Officer (OG-II / OG-I)

  • Reporting to: Wing Head - IS Program Management, Information Security Division

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Computer Science or IT backgrounds are preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 02 years in IT and Training/Security Management.

  • Main Duties:

    • Designing, developing, and delivering Information Security Awareness training.

    • Conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps.

    • Creating engaging and interactive training content for staff.

    • Tracking and reporting on training metrics and effectiveness.

    • Staying updated with industry trends to integrate security into training programs.


### 03. Officer - Committee Coordination and Support (OG-II / OG-I)

  • Reporting to: Unit Head - Committees Coordination, Enterprise Risk Management Division

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (preferably in Business/Finance/Accounting). Master’s degree holders are preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking, specifically in Operational Risk or Governance.

  • Main Duties:

    • Coordinating Enterprise Risk Committee (ERC) meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting packs.

    • Drafting minutes of meetings and accurately capturing key decisions.

    • Tracking and following up on action items to ensure timely closure.

    • Maintaining trackers for committee agendas and procedural frameworks.

    • Ensuring proper filing and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.


### Employment Terms & Application Process

  • Employment Type: Contractual Basis (03 Years), renewable at Management's discretion.

  • Compensation: Market-based compensation and benefits.
