The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals as an Individual Consultant under the World Bank funded Project titled “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Citizen Centered Service Delivery (KP-CCSD).”

Available Position

1. Procurement Specialist (01 Post)

Qualification:

At least a Master’s degree in Procurement / MBA (Logistics & Supply Chain)

OR 16 years of education in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline from an accredited university.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 7 years of verifiable post-qualification experience in:

Procurement of Goods, Works, and Consulting Services.

Conducting technical evaluation of bids, contract awards, and management for Government and donor-funded projects.

Knowledge and practical experience of MDBs procurement frameworks or other international/national/sub-national public procurement rules (preferred).

Hands-on experience with:

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

Relevant procurement-related software.

Prior experience with World Bank (WB) procurement regulations and systems will be given preference, especially those familiar with STEP.
