No. 17-1/2024/DD-IV/P&D/Hep-Rec

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSR&C) invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following position under the PSDP Project:
“Prime Minister’s Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C Infection in Pakistan.”

The appointment will be made on contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years or until completion of the project—whichever comes first. The position will be filled under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) and is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Required Qualification

  • MBBS with Master’s in Public Health, OR

  • MBBS with Master’s in Management Sciences or Social Sciences

  • All degrees must be duly recognized by PMDC and HEC Pakistan

  • Higher/advanced qualifications will be preferred

Experience & Skills (Revised Requirements)

The candidate must possess:

  • At least 15 years of verified post-qualification experience in:

    • Project Management

    • Administration

    • Financial Management

  • Good understanding of public sector rules and regulations, including:

    • PPRA Rules

    • General Financial Rules (GFR)

  • Experience working on health-sector or development projects will be given preference
