Applications are invited for the following positions at Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center (JMC&RC) under the Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad. Appointments will be made on a contract basis until completion of the project (whichever is earlier), with a market-based/industry-standard pay package.

1. Director Governance and Quality Assurance

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 50–60 years

  • Regional/Provincial Quota: Merit

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in:

    • Healthcare Quality

    • Hospital Management

    • Public Health

    • Business Administration

  • Medical background preferred (MBBS/FCPS)

Experience:

  • 20+ years of relevant hospital experience

  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles

Job Description Summary:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of hospital governance

  • Ensure clinical governance and patient safety systems

  • Manage non-clinical governance and quality assurance frameworks

  • Ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance

2. GM Procurement and Supply Chain

  • Age Limit: 45–55 years

Educational Qualification:

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of driving experience

Educational Qualification:

  • Matric

Experience:

  • 5 years experience in managing day-to-day office tasks
