Applications are invited for market-based/industry-competitive positions at Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center (JMC&RC) under the Ministry of NHSR&C. Appointments will be made on contract basis or until completion of the project, whichever occurs earlier.

1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 40–55 years

Educational Qualification

  • Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent qualification.

  • Must meet SECP and Companies Act 2017 requirements.

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of finance experience (15 years for non-CA candidates).

  • At least 5 years in senior leadership/managerial positions.

  • Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale construction or healthcare development projects.

Job Description Summary

  • Lead financial planning, project finance, and financial strategy.

  • Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial risk.

  • Ensure compliance with SECP, PPRA, tax, audit, and reporting standards.

  • Oversee treasury, vendor payments, and ERP-based financial reporting.
