Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for key leadership positions on a contract basis for upcoming mega projects. Candidates must meet the required educational qualifications, professional experience, specialized skills, and age limits. Applications will be considered on a merit basis.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

Project Director (Civil), PPS-09 BS/B.E in Civil Engineering with PEC registration
Preferred: MS in Civil Engineering with specialization in Project Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or Infrastructure Engineering from an HEC/PEC recognized university		 Minimum 15 years professional experience on mega projects, including at least 5 years as Project Director/Manager
Must have successfully completed 3 mega projects as Project Director/Manager		 50 Years Skills: 
  • In-depth knowledge of PEC, PPRA, and FIDIC rules.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management, planning, organizing, budgeting, and execution.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Primavera, and BIM.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Expertise in bid documentation (ECP mode).
 Responsibilities: 
  • Overall responsibility for project implementation.
  • Review design, specifications, estimations, and bidding documents.
  • Construction management and contract administration.
  • Preparation of project budgets, PC-I/PC-II documents.
  • Monitor construction schedules, site safety, and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and represent the client at forums.
  • Prepare project progress briefs and reports.
Project Director (Electrical), PPS-09 BS/B.E in Electrical Engineering with PEC registration
