CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA) – SITUATION VACANT

Job Advertisement Overview

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites online applications from suitable candidates for the following posts on a contract basis. Applicants must possess the required qualifications, experience, and age limit as mentioned below.

1. Project Director (Civil)

Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects on a senior position.
Preferred Qualification Master's degree in Construction/Project Management will be an advantage.
Professional Requirement Professional Engineer registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Experience Requirements Proven experience in managing major building and infrastructure works having leadership role and communication skills. Experience in multidisciplinary construction environments is preferred.
Age Limit 40–50 years

General Information / Instructions

  1. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per Government policy.

  2. All applicable quotas will be observed as per Government policy.

  3. CDA has the right to cancel the advertisement or to increase/decrease the number of posts.

  4. Employees will be appointed on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable further if required, with no vested right for regular appointment.

  5. Only shortlisted candidates who qualify as per the above criteria will be called for written test / skill test / physical test / interview.

  6. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  7. Candidates must bring original documents (educational and experience certificates) and attested copies at the time of interview.

  8. Candidates already serving in Government sector organizations must submit a NOC from their department along with the application.
