Situation Vacant – Director General (Contract Basis)

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Director General (BS-20) on a contract basis.

Position Details

Director General (BS-20)

  • Number of Posts: 03
  • Quota: Merit
  • Contract Duration:
    • Initial 2 years (extendable based on requirement and performance)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Second Class Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 16 years of education

Experience

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in the Government sector

Preference

  • Retired Commissioned Officers (BS-20) will be given preference

General Instructions

  • CDA reserves the right to:
    • Cancel the recruitment process
    • Increase or decrease the number of posts
  • Key conditions:
    • Appointment is purely on contract basis
    • No claim for permanent/regular employment
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview
    • No TA/DA will be provided
  • Candidates must:
