VACANCY POSITION

Project Coordinator for Jinnah Medical Complex and Research Centre (H-16, Islamabad)

The Federal Government of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Project Coordinator for the development of the Jinnah Medical Complex, a 1000-bed tertiary care medical facility adhering to JCI standards, including university-level teaching and research infrastructure.

Position Details

01 Project Coordinator (Special Professional Pay Scale) 01 65 Years (a) Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent OR (b) BSc in Civil Engineering with MBA/Master’s in Project Management

Experience and Skills Required

  1. Minimum 15 Years of Relevant Experience
  2. Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex health sector projects.
  3. Familiarity with public and private sector engagement, supported by excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong project planning, strategy development, budget, and resource management skills.
  5. Sound knowledge of:
    • Construction processes, laws, and standards (FIDIC contracts).
    • Regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices.
    • Safety standards at construction sites.
  6. Leadership and Decision-Making Skills.
  7. Proficiency with Primavera or BIM systems, including RIVET.
  8. Familiarity with hospital and medical equipment manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
