JMC invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for multiple key positions on contract basis. Candidates with strong technical expertise, institutional project experience, and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience Required: 30–35 years
Qualification: Degree in relevant engineering or architecture discipline
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Proven experience in institutional project design, approvals, and integration.
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and coordinate with contractors.
Supervise MEP systems, medical gas planning, fire protection, UPS, and power systems.
Ensure compliance with health standards, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, and ISO.
Develop and implement comprehensive MEP strategies, including testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB).
Oversee preparation of plans, drawings, and approvals.
Coordinate all MEP drawings and 3D models with stakeholders.
Experience Required: 12 years (including large-scale projects)
Qualification: BE/BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering, PEC/PE certified
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Design, review, and approve structural systems for medical and institutional facilities.
Ensure compliance with approved designs and local building codes.
Respond to technical queries during construction.
Oversee construction quality and provide technical guidance to contractors.
Develop and implement structural project plans effectively.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in financial management (healthcare sector preferred)
Qualification: CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA / CVA / MBA / BBA / FEC
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and attendance.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and IPSAS requirements.
Implement employer benefit schemes and financial reporting standards.
Assist in audits and provide reports to regulators and senior management.
Experience Required: Relevant 2–5 years
Qualification: Degree in Architecture
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts and system-based designs for projects.
Supervise contractors during construction and resolve design/construction issues.
Ensure compliance with corporate and technical standards.
Coordinate document collection and approval processes.
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years
Qualification: CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA / MBA / BBA
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounts and payables processes.
Ensure compliance with taxation, auditing, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
Oversee daily office accounting and financial record management.
Qualification & Experience:
BE/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience in field operations, vehicle maintenance, and site supervision.
Ability to perform daily inspection, logbook maintenance, and operational reporting.
