1. Overview

The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Mardan invites applications from qualified candidates for merit-based appointment on a contract basis against the position listed below.

Requisite Qualification and Experience

  • Education: MBA, MHA, or an equivalent degree in Management Sciences (16 years of education) from a recognized university.

  • Experience: 05 years of post-qualification administrative experience in a tertiary care hospital.

Preferred Competencies

Preference will be given to candidates with documented competence in:

  • Decision-making

  • Budget management

  • Analytical and planning skills

  • Knowledge of hospital operations

  • Healthcare KPIs

  • ISO / Joint Commission standards

  • Quality improvement processes

3. Terms & Conditions

  1. The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.

  2. In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from existing employment with any other entity — local or abroad — including, but not limited to, the civil service of the Government.

  3. A candidate will be disqualified/terminated if found guilty of any perjury in documentation/credentials, including termination from service at any stage.

  4. The institution reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the post.

  5. The quota for minority/disabled candidates will be treated as per Government policy.
