1. Product Manager – Advance Salary (VP/AVP)

Reporting to: Head – Housing & Personal Finance Wing

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college.

  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, product development, and management.

Other Skills / Knowledge:

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and other productivity tools.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills.

  • Experience in team development and mentoring.

  • Sound understanding of banking products, regulations, and compliance.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and manage product programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Evaluate policy papers and operational reports.

  • Provide recommendations to management regarding product strategies and performance improvement.

  • Promote growth of the Personal Loan segment through innovative solutions and process improvements.

2. Assistant Product Manager – Cash & Card (VP/AVP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – Cash & Cards

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institute.

Experience / Skills:

  • Relevant experience in banking operations, cash management, and card products.

  • Knowledge of banking regulations, product development, and financial services trends.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new security measures for banking operations.

  • Draft and review product documentation and operational procedures.

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Support growth strategies for cash and card products.

Place of Posting: As assigned by the management.

3. Product Officer (Officer Level)

Reporting to: Assistant Product Manager / Wing Head

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience / Skills:

  • Relevant exposure to banking products, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate policy papers and operational reports.

  • Support implementation of banking products in line with strategy and regulations.

Place of Posting: As assigned by the management.

4. Relationship Manager (RM – Officer/VP Level)

Reporting to: Team Leader / Branch Head

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized institute.

Experience:

  • Experience in banking operations, customer relationship management, and product promotion.

Other Skills / Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of banking products, credit processes, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned deposit and loan targets.

  • Maintain client relationships and provide financial solutions.

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
