MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION GKMC/BKMC SWABI (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)
Situation Vacant

The Nursing Director, MTI-GKMC/BKMC, invites applications from qualified candidates under the MTI Act 2015 (As Amended) with domicile in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following positions at Medical Teaching Institution (Bacha Khan Medical Complex/Gajju Khan Medical College), Swabi & Allied Hospitals (THQs Topi & Lahor).

Terms and Conditions

1. Nursing Manager

  • Qualification:

    • Registered Nurse with valid PNMC registration.
    • Must hold a BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution/university.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant master’s degrees (MSN, MPH, or MHCM).
    • Must be computer literate.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience, including:
      • 3 years as a Charge Nurse or equivalent.
      • 2 years as a Nursing Manager, Head Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Team Leader, or in teaching roles.
    • Experience in a teaching hospital will be preferred.

2. Lady Health Visitor (LHV)

  • Qualification:

    • 2 years diploma in LHV.
    • Registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council & Midwifery Council (PNMC), Islamabad.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1-year experience in Gynae/Labor Room.

  1. Required Documents:
    Submit an application form along with the following:

    • Cover letter.
    • CV/Resume.
    • Attested copies of educational testimonials, CNIC, and experience certificates.

  2. Submission Address:

    • Deadline: 10 December 2024.
    • Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the position clearly written on the front.

General Instructions

  • Incomplete applications or those without the required deposit slips will be rejected.
  • Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

Selection Process

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
  • Screening tests may be conducted if the number of applicants exceeds a 5:1 ratio.
  • Candidates must provide original documents during the interview.

Disqualification Grounds

Candidates will be disqualified for:

  • Criminal convictions or previous dismissal from service.
  • Providing false information or forged documents.
  • Misbehavior during the interview.
