Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu

WALK-IN INTERVIEW NOTIFICATION

This is to notify all eligible candidates that a walk-in interview will be conducted for the contractual appointment of Medical Officers at the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Bannu.

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to apply online through the official MTI portal and subsequently appear in person before the selection committee on the specified date and time.

1 Medical Officer (Male/Female) • MBBS or an equivalent medical degree from a university recognized by PM&DC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) / PMC (Pakistan Medical Commission).
• Must possess a valid and active PM&DC/PMC registration/license at the time of application and interview.

KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Online Application Mandate

  • All applications must be submitted exclusively online through the official MTI Bannu website:
    www.mtibannu.edu.pk

  • The deadline for online submission is:
    02 September 2026, up to 04:00 PM.

  • Note: Candidates who fail to apply online within the stipulated time will not be permitted to appear for the interview, under any circumstances.

2. Authority to Adjust Number of Posts

  • The appointing authority reserves the unilateral right to increase or decrease the total number of posts to be filled, as deemed necessary, without prior notice.

3. Right to Terminate Process

  • The competent authority holds the discretion to decline, suspend, or terminate the entire recruitment process at any stage, without providing any reason or justification.

4. Grounds for Disqualification or Exclusion from Interview

Any candidate may be disqualified or barred from the interview if they fall under any of the following categories:

  • a. Have been convicted by a court of law in any criminal case.

  • b. Have a prior record of dismissal from any government or public service.

  • c. Knowingly submit false, forged, or misleading information in the application.

  • d. Deliberately suppress material information that could affect their eligibility or candidature.

  • e. Attempt to secure undue favor or support through unethical or improper means.

  • f. Alter, tamper with, or misrepresent entries in age or academic certificates.

  • g. Display misconduct, unprofessional behavior, or indiscipline during the test or interview process.

5. No Travel or Daily Allowance (TA/DA)

  • No TA/DA will be provided to any candidate for attending the interview. Candidates must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

6. Document Verification at Interview

  • Candidates must bring:

    • All original educational, experience, and CNIC documents for verification.

    • One complete set of attested photocopies of all documents, to be submitted at the time of the interview.

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR APPLICANTS

Failure to complete the online application process before the cutoff date and time will result in automatic disqualification from appearing in the walk-in interview, regardless of qualifications.
