Application Process (Mandatory):

Step 1 - Registration with District Employment Exchange:

• All candidates must register themselves with the District Employment Exchange Office, Thana, District Malakand.

• Appointments will be made through the District Employment Exchange as per relevant laws and notifications.

Step 2 - Submission through Employment Exchange:

• Applications must be submitted through the District Employment Exchange.

• Note: Applications submitted directly will not be entertained.

Required Documents (to be submitted with application):

1. Prescribed Application Form (duly filled)

2. Two (2) recent passport-size photographs

3. Attested copies of educational documents/certificates

4. Attested copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

5. Attested copy of Domicile Certificate

6. Character Certificates from two (2) reputable citizens who are not relatives of the applicant and are well-acquainted with the applicant's character and conduct.

7. Mobile number and email address must be clearly written on the application.

Application Deadline:

• Within 30 days from the date of advertisement publication.

5. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 18 years

  • Maximum: 40 years (as per Government Policy, Rules 1(3)(10) of 1989, as of 01/01/2026)

• Application Submission: Must be submitted through District Employment Exchange (direct applications will not be accepted).

• Incomplete Applications: Will not be considered.

• Late Applications: Will not be considered.

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel (via their respective departments).

• Employment Type: All appointments are on a temporary basis and shall be extendable as per prevailing laws.

• Salary & Allowances: Will be paid as per law and rules.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing for tests/interviews.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.

• Original Documents: Candidates must present original documents at the time of test/interview.

• Forgery/Fake Documents: Submission of false/fake documents will result in legal and disciplinary action.

7. IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTES

• Appointments are subject to the provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Appointment, Promotion and Transfers) Rules, 1989 (as amended through Notification No. SOR-VIE&AD/1-3/2015 dated 19-04-2016).

• All appointments shall be made through the District Employment Exchange as per the orders of the Honorable Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court (Notifications No. 429-18403 dated 2017-11-108 and No. 3926-3877 dated 2018-03-14).

• The competent authority reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or change the number of vacancies in the advertisement as per government policy.
