CAREER OPPORTUNITIES – KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA CITIZEN CENTERED SERVICE DELIVERY (KP-CCSD)

NADRA invites applications from qualified professionals for the positions under the KP-Citizen Centered Service Delivery Project. The project is focused on enhancing citizen services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applicants should possess relevant experience, qualifications, and skills as detailed below.


1. Project Manager (KP-CCSD)

Number of Posts: 1
Deadline to Apply: 5th December 2025

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Project Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • At least 7–10 years of professional experience in project management, preferably with experience in government or donor-funded projects.

  • Proven record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing large-scale programs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • In-depth understanding of program monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance.

  • Familiarity with government procedures and public sector operations.

  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of KP-CCSD project implementation.

  • Ensure effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of project activities.

  • Coordinate with government agencies, donors, and stakeholders.

  • Supervise project staff and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

  • Prepare progress reports, financial statements, and other project documentation.

  • Provide guidance on process improvements and implementation of best practices.


2. Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist

Number of Posts: 1

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing MIS systems, preferably in public sector or large-scale projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as STATA, SPSS, or Excel.

  • Experience in project monitoring and reporting systems.

  • Ability to design, maintain, and improve management information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project MIS and ensure data accuracy.

  • Generate reports for management and donor agencies.

  • Support project staff with technical guidance on data collection and reporting.


3. Media & Communication Specialist

Number of Posts: 1

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media, Communication, or Public Relations from an HEC-recognized university.

  • At least 5 years of experience in public communication, media relations, or project communication management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in public outreach, media campaigns, and content development.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Urdu.

  • Experience in developing communication strategies for government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for KP-CCSD.

  • Liaise with media, government departments, and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare communication materials and reports for donors and management.


4. Financial Management Specialist

Number of Posts: 1

Qualification & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), FCMA/FCCA, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project accounting, financial planning, or budget management, preferably in public sector projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of financial management systems, project budgeting, and auditing.

  • Ability to prepare financial statements and reports for large projects.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project financial management and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

  • Coordinate with auditors, donors, and government authorities.


5. Accountant

Number of Posts: 1

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Relevant professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project accounts and records.

  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
