A. Specialist Registrar Positions

Experience: FCPS/MRCP or Diploma American Board (MD) or equivalent diploma approved by SRC & recognized by PM&DC in the respective discipline.
Registration: Current & valid PM&DC registration.
Note: Applicants with FCPS within previous 18 months are eligible.
Research: Must have two published research papers during tenure to be eligible for experience certificate.

B. Trainee Registrar Positions

Experience: Course completion certificate of Post Graduate fellowship training under structured program (FCPS/MRCP or Diploma American Board (MD)) in respective specialty from a recognized institution.
Preference: Candidates who completed fellowship training during the last three years will be preferred.
Registration: Current & valid PM&DC registration.

Note: The Trainee Registrar positions are available in the following specialties: Neurology, Paeds, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedic & Spine, and Radiology (total 11 posts).

4. Terms & Conditions

 
Condition Details
Shortlisting Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisting will be based on pre-interview marks.
Governance Services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and relevant rules/regulations.
Civil Servants Eligible only if non-civil servant candidates are not available, provided their salary comes from their civil servant post. Preference will be given to non-civil servant applicants.
Closing Date If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered the closing date.
Rejection Applications received after the closing time and date shall stand rejected.
Experience Marks Given only to candidates with experience in the relevant subject/field.
Disqualification Candidates may be disqualified or excluded from the interview if they:
a. Are convicted by a court of law.
b. Are dismissed from public service.
c. Furnish false information.
d. Suppress information leading to disqualification.
e. Attempt to obtain support through improper means.
f. Submit forged certificates.
g. Temper with age/academic certificate entries.
h. Misbehave in the interview.
