The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for Islamabad-based positions on a performance-based contract.

1. Available Positions

1. Manager – Technical Team Lead (NatCat Data Centre)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 57 years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in:

  • GIS & Remote Sensing

  • Geo-informatics

  • Spatial Data Science

  • Hazard/NatCat Risk Modeling

  • GIS Development & Programming

  • Or related fields

• MS/PhD preferred

Experience:

• 8–10 years of professional experience

• 3–5 years experience managing:

  • Data centers

  • Large-scale GIS/RS-based risk assessment projects

• Expertise in:

  • GIS / IT / SDI infrastructure

  • Operating systems and configurations

  • IT applications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing GIS/Spatial Data Centers

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Web-GIS

  • Mobile-GIS

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • Machine Learning (ML)

2. Deputy Manager – GIS Developer

• Number of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 57 years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in:

  • Geoinformatics

  • Computer Science

  • GIS Development & Programming

  • Or related field

Experience:

• 6–8 years of professional experience

• At least 2–3 years of relevant expertise

• Must have worked on minimum 3 major national/international projects

Technical Skills:

• WebGIS technologies:

  • JavaScript libraries (Node.js, Leaflet, OpenLayers)

• APIs:

  • Google Maps API (or similar)

• Data visualization tools:

  • D3.js, Chart.js

• Ability to develop:

  • Interactive dashboards

  • User-friendly interfaces

3. Deputy Manager – Disaster Risk Financing

• Number of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 57 years

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in:

  • Economics

  • Finance

  • Or related discipline

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in disaster risk management

• Experience in:

  • Designing financial instruments for disaster mitigation

• 5 years of managerial experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Ability to lead cross-sector and interdisciplinary teams

• Insurance industry experience will be an advantage

4. Assistant Manager – Accounts

• Number of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 57 years

Qualification:

• One of the following:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

  • Chartered Management Accountant (CMA)

  • ACCA

  • MBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in:

  • Chartered accountant firm

  • Public or private sector organization

Additional Skills:

• Strong English communication (written & verbal)

• Knowledge of SAP FICO module (preferred)
