VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

1. ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) , under the Prime Minister's Office, seeks to hire eligible candidates on a purely contract basis with a lump sum package. These positions are offered for an initial period of 24 months, extendable based on organizational requirements. All posts will be filled on an open merit basis.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Application Submission Requirements:

  1. Application Mode: Eligible candidates must submit applications through both of the following channels:

    • Hard Copy: Send by post to PO Box No. 3356, GPO, Islamabad.

    • Online: Apply via email to diradmin@ndma.gov.pk.

  2. Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.

  3. Envelope Labeling: The name of the post applied for must be clearly mentioned on the top right corner of the envelope.

  4. Late Applications: Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

  5. Job Descriptions: Detailed job descriptions for all advertised posts are available on the NDMA website: http://ndma.gov.pk/careers/ .

B. Recruitment Process:

  1. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview, as applicable to the position.

  2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents, duly attested by HEC (where applicable), at the time of the interview.

  3. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

C. Compensation & Service Conditions:

  1. Lump Sum Package: A lump-sum monthly package will be offered to successful candidates, depending on domain skills and relevant experience.

  2. Minimum Service Period: All selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum period of 18 months as a departmental mandatory requirement.

D. Authority's Rights:

  1. Post Adjustment: The management reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.

  2. Cancellation Rights: The management reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, or to cancel partial or the entire recruitment process/advertisement at any stage.
