The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), established in 2010 as the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, is a not-for-profit company formed by the Government of the Punjab (GoPb). We invite passionate, driven, and qualified individuals to apply for the following career opportunities based at our Lahore office:

1. Position: Manager Monitoring

  • Education Requirement:
    16 years of education in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Data Sciences, or a similar/relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • Experience Requirement:
    Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar field.

2. Position: Management Associate – Program Design

  • Education Requirement:
    15 years of education in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, Data Sciences, or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • Experience Requirement:
    0–1 year of experience.
    Preference will be given to candidates with experience in monitoring & evaluation of donor-funded projects.

3. Position: Management Associate – Procurement

  • Education Requirement:
    16 years of education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • Experience Requirement:
    0–1 year of experience.
