Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company by the Government of Punjab (GoPb), invites sealed bids from well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered firms/companies under the Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (National Competitive Bidding).

Hiring of a Firm/Company to Provide Learning Management Solution (LMS)

Important Instructions

  • Bids must be submitted only through the EPADS Portal of Punjab. Submissions through any other means shall be rejected.

  • Late bids shall not be entertained.

  • Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives at the address mentioned below.

  • In case of an official holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the closing date (time will remain the same).

  • The procurement process shall strictly follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under National Competitive Bidding.

  • Response time shall be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
