The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is seeking applications from eligible candidates for multiple highly specialized technical positions. These appointments will be made purely on an open merit, contract basis for an initial period of 24 months (extendable based on requirements).

Terms, Conditions & Compensation

  • Salary Package: A competitive, monthly lump-sum package equivalent to the respective Project Pay Scale (PPS) will be offered based on the candidate's domain skills and relevant experience.

  • Mandatory Service Period: All selected candidates will be contractually required to serve the department for a minimum period of 18 months.

  • No TA/DA: Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will not be provided for attending the test or interview.

  • Management Rights: The NDMA management reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications without assigning a reason, or cancel the recruitment process entirely at any stage.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test or interview. Late applications will be automatically rejected.

  • Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents (duly attested by the Higher Education Commission - HEC) at the time of the interview.
