VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) invites applications from eligible candidates for contract-based positions on a lump-sum package. The initial contract period is for 24 months, extendable based on performance and requirements. These positions will be filled on an open-merit basis as per the details below:

Instructions

  1. Submission of Application:

    • Eligible candidates must submit a hard copy of their application to PO Box No. 3356, GPO, Islamabad within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
    • Additionally, candidates should apply online by sending their application to consultantprojectdev@ndma.gov.pk.

  3. Application Guidelines:

    • Clearly mention the name of the post being applied for on the top-right corner of the envelope.
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test/interview.

  4. Original Documents:

    • Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents, duly attested by HEC, at the time of the interview.

  5. Compensation:

    • A lump-sum monthly package will be offered, based on the candidate’s skills and relevant experience.

  6. Late Applications:

    • Applications received after the due date will not be considered.

  7. Management Rights:

    • NDMA reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning a reason.
    • NDMA may cancel the recruitment process/advertisement, partially or entirely, at any stage.

  8. No TA/DA:

    • No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the test/interview.

  9. Service Commitment:

    • Selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum of 12 months as a mandatory departmental requirement.
