TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • 1. Application form along with a cover letter CV/Resume, attested educational testimonials, CNIC, and Experience Certificates should be addressed to the Human Resource Department. The attested documents should reach HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT BACHA KHAN MEDICAL COMPLEX, SHAHMANSOOR Swabi by 12th August 2026.
  • 2. Application must be in a sealed envelope, with the post applied for clearly written on the envelope and sent through Courier.
  • 3. Photocopies of educational documents are not acceptable. Only attested copies will be accepted.
  • 4. Any application/document received after the closing date/time shall stand rejected. No document will be accepted after the due date. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • 5. The MTI Swabi has the right to increase, decrease or cancel any or all of the positions advertised.
  • 6. In-service employees must apply through proper channel. If selected, they will have to resign from their current position.
  • 7. Recruitment and selection of shortlisted candidates will be done with transparency & merit.
  • 8. In case of selection, appointment will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015 (As Amended) and the rules made thereunder.
  • 9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • 10. The candidate must bring original documents at the time of test/interview.
  • 11. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the Test/Interview/selection process.
  • 12. Any candidate may be disqualified and/or excluded from the recruitment process if he/she was:
    (a) Convicted by a Court of law.
    (b) Dismissed from service on disciplinary grounds.
    (c) Knowingly furnished false information or documents.
    (d) Misbehaved during the test/interview.
  • 13. The application processing fee of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) must be deposited in the bank account number provided on the application form. The original deposit slip must be attached with the application form. The applicant may keep a photocopy of the deposit slip for his/her record.
  • 14. The salary of selected candidates will only be started after the verification of educational documents/experience certificates. The verification fee will be paid by the selected candidates.
  • 15. After selection, the selected candidates will be liable to serve in MTI Swabi and Allied Hospitals as per requirement.
