KW&SC is undergoing a major institutional reform and is seeking motivated professionals for various leadership and specialist roles across multiple divisions.

1. Commercial Division

  • Key Position: Manager / Director Recovery & Receivables

  • Role Purpose: Leads the corporation’s commercial transformation agenda, focusing on revenue enhancement, debt recovery (receivables), and commercial digitalization initiatives.

  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Candidates with an Engineering background are also encouraged. Experience in large-scale project/revenue management is required.

2. Strategy Division (PPP Mode)

  • Key Positions: * Manager / Director Finance – PPP Mode

    • Manager / Director Operations – PPP Mode

  • Focus Area: Managing projects under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks.

  • Qualifications: CA, ACMA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance). Experience in financial modeling, public procurement, and infrastructure project management is essential.

3. Human Resource Division

  • Key Position: Manager / Director Organizational Development (OD)

  • Role Purpose: Developing HR policies and procedures, talent management, and overseeing the organizational change process.

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with significant experience in OD and change management.

4. Corporate Communications Division

  • Key Positions:

    • Manager Customer Relations: Responsible for consumer liaison, addressing grievances, and enhancing customer engagement.

    • Manager / Director Digital Communications: Focused on journalism and digital media strategy.

  • Requirements: Years of experience in journalism or digital media, specifically with a focus on communication strategies and PR.

5. Board Secretariat & Tribunal

  • Positions: * Deputy Board Secretary

    • Positions within the KW&SC Tribunal
